Red Ginger recently received a letter from Gourmet Magazine stating that a reader had written in and said great things about the Mexican black bean soup served at our restaurant. The magazine requested a copy of the recipe and permission to print it in an upcoming issue. Our chef was happy to oblige.


Red Ginger was also featured in the May 2009's issue of Caribbean Travel & Life.

Red Ginger received very positive reviews from both of of the local newspapers on Ambergris Caye, Ambergris Today and The San Pedro Sun.
